Site appropriate. Waiting for Kerry and getting cuckoo over Hannity all over again. Haven’t watched in over a year. It may be another year.
Heard from my friend Bill. He saw Marjorie G on the Freddy-Kerry reference, and knew it was me. The site must be getting linked and play.
So, ya suppose O’Liely is watching “The Colbert Report”?
The whining has been insane. “He should have said or made this speech this a year ago,” “why doesn’t he call Bush a liar,” “he blew it,” “too little, too late.” The same old RW garbage. It’s depressing. I didn’t like the IWR thing either, but why can’t people be glad somebody said something? Maybe their just ticked off that their favorite (or ABK) didn’t give the speech or layout a plan. It is sickening and depressing. (mad!)
Actually he did say similar things a year ago, and two years ago, and multiple other times when he talked about Iraq. They just ignore his statements which don’t fit into their misconceptions of him.
Ron – You nailed it. Much of this he said last year, “They just ignore his statements which don’t fit into their misconceptions of him.”
The naysayers will continue to be naysayers. The bar will be continued to be moved for JK. Nothing he does will ever be good enough for that crowd. Sadly, most of them are still fighting the 2004 primaries and are pissed their candidate didn’t get the nom. For all of their bravado, the bravest thing most of these folks have done was sit in the dark and post tirades in the dark on freeper sites. Forget about them.
Actually, overall I thought JK’s speech was well received on the net. Alot of folks were waiting to hear him say this and for Dem leadership to step up with a plan. I was waiting for Reid or Pelosi to come up with an overall Dem plan that the party could jump behind but that is probably easier said than done since I think Dem leaders as a whole are split on this.
Too funny… Thanks Ron!
