Bill Richardson’s New Ad
by Pamela LeaveyThere’s some chatter about Bill Richardson’s new ads in the news and the blogosphere. Some favorable, some not.
The Fix notes:
Richardson has done this sort of thing before. His “Western” ad during his 2006 re-election campaign made our list of the top 10 political ads of the cycle and showed Richardson’s willingness to take chances.
I have to say I’m impressed. This is something totally unique and different:
There’s no denying that Richardson has an impressive resume. I’m still in the no candidate for me state of mind, but I really did like the ad. It’s a cut above the standard political ads, I think.

THIS…THIS…is what I’ve been advocating. Outside the box communication will heighten name ID and topic knowledge in a major way.
Great job. Not my guy yet, no one is, but a great job.
Wonder if Bill Hillsman, the past master of really innovative political advertising, got this job.
