In 2004, the Swift Boat group, backed by Texas businessman Bob Perry, made unsubstantiated allegations about Kerry’s Vietnam War heroism. The presidential nominee’s slow and uncertain response [...]

Yesterday, the N.Y. Times reported that some Republican Governors are leaning more liberal in their run up to re-election. Among those noted was the Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger. Talk about your wolf in sheep’s clothing, Arhnold is the perfect example. I don’t care how much B.S. Arhnold has been selling the voters in California, he’s still [...]

John Kerry introduced legislation today that would help small public companies with the costs of implementing Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. The Small Business Sarbanes-Oxley Assistance Act of 2006, introduced by Senator Kerry, would authorize the U.S. Small Business Administration to award federal grants to small businesses to help them cope with the cost of complying with Sarbanes-Oxley [...]

The House put up a phony argument, “sold as a means of deterring vote fraud” when they passed a bill yesterday that “would require people to show photo ID to vote in 2008.” Don’t we have enough problems with the vote already? Starting in 2010, that photo ID would have to be something like a [...]
