John Kerry was in Puerto Rico today meeting with Puerto Rican Governor Anibal Acevedo Vila, at the Puerto Rican Governor’s Mansion, in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. CNN notes today that “the Supreme Court turned down an appeal Monday that sought to open U.S. presidential elections to voters in Puerto Rico.”
