Bayh To Oppose Roberts Nomination

Things are going to get more confusing for those bloggers who try to peg Democrats as progressives or conservative DLC types. The litmus tests just don’t work (as we realized after the IWR vote). It was confusing enough when Russ Feingold voted for Roberts. Now Evan Bayh announces he will vote against him.
